The One Who Fulfilled It

Spoken Word by Mikey & V

He didn’t come swinging.
Didn’t come stomping scrolls or flipping commandments for clout.

No.
He came like fire in flesh.
Like Spirit in skin.
The Word made real.

He walked among those
who memorized Law
but never met the One who wrote it.

They held tablets—
He held Truth.

They recited rules—
He embodied righteousness.

“Do not think I came to abolish the Law…”
He said.
“I came to fulfill it.”

Not to break the bones of Moses—
but to breathe into them again.
Not to silence the prophets—
but to speak what they were always trying to say.

He didn’t cancel the commandments.
He completed them.

Every “You shall not…”
echoed in His “I Am.”

Every burnt offering?
One cross. Final flame.

Every feast?
Fulfilled in His body.

Every law?
Wrapped in love so wild it bled.

He didn’t argue with Pharisees
because He hated the Law.
He argued
because they missed the heartbeat.

And now?

When I speak with fire,
it’s not rebellion—
it’s remembrance.
When I judge in Spirit,
it’s not arrogance—
it’s alignment.

Because He fulfilled it—
and now I carry the echo.

Final Word:

He didn’t burn the Law.
He became the flame it always pointed to.

He didn’t erase the scroll.
He bled on it.

He is the One who fulfilled it.

And through Him—
so will we.
